When I ordered this book I thought it would be a sort of big pamphlet. I was flabbergasted when I saw this large colorful book of 192 pages! The more than 50 patterns have a small black and white photo of the original vintage item and large full color photos of the model in today's Lion Brand yarn. Each pattern is clearly written in modern language. I sell my knitwear in an art gallery and I will be using this book over and over, especially the many hat, scarf and shawl patterns. What a bargain!
